Where to Paper Trade

You are considering paper trading?

AWESOME!

This is a very important step for new traders. Almost every broker today has some version of paper/virtual trading.

First, start with the broker you are already with. If they do not offer it, then you can open an account with any other. Most will not require you to deposit any money to use their software. But if they do, you can add like $100 to the account and you should be good to go.

Some of the more popular virtual trading accounts are:

• Charles Schwab (OptionsXpress)
• Etrade (OptionsHouse)
